Tail light lens

Twice within a month I have had to replace exploded tail lights because of moisture in the lenses. Its more than moisture, its wet.
First repair both bulbs exploded and garage drilled two holes for condensation to get out. Within the month was pulled over for tail light out again.

You can actually see all the wetness!!!

Never wrecked it, is this common?

There is no way to fix this except to replace the lens with new you can find them on Amazon for about 45.00 here is a diagram below to show you how to replace it.
