2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser rough idle

04 pt cruiser, idles rough, check engine light on, 1st time indicated transmission seal, replaced it and the problem repeated. 2nd error code indicated I believe an ignition coil, cost about $300 for parts and labor. The problem is there again. I believe the plugs were replaced but unsure about the wires. The car wants to act like it is going to die at a stop light/sign. It wants to hesitate from 55-60 mph but is fine at 65. Any suggestions?

Re-scan the PCM and post ALL code numbers you get. I need code numbers, not descriptions.
