Electrical problem
2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 69000 miles

in the dash meter say a no fuse in green light fashing
the door dosnot open the interior light is off
the alarm dosnot work and the beepr donot work

Symptoms indicates a possible power supply fault.

Check
Fuse # 3 ( 20 A )
Fuse # 13 ( 10 A )

Both are in fuse block located at dash lower left front of dash.
