2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser cracked head gasket

2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser

I took my car in for an oil change. I then drove about 15 miles when my car died. If there they forgot to put oil in the car would that cause a cracket head gasket?

When you got the car back and started it did it make a loud knocking noise? Cause without oil the vehicle should have made a lot of noise.

Did the vehicle Overheat?
