2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser noise in front right of car where

They said they are going to replace the tie rod, but that i need new bushings I think I need new rotors because when you push hard on the brake it makes a thumping sound and I can feel it in the peddle.

if you feel it in the paddle and not the steering check the rear brake too
