2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Dashboard lights

The lights ariund the speedodmeter, fuel gauge and the shifting indicator betweem the seats have gone out. Is this a fuse problem and if so which one?

Use a test light to check fuses
turn lights on and check fuses
fuse #S 1 ,8,19and 20 located lower left front of dash
