Engine Cooling problem
2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser Manual 100,00 miles

Car has been running extremely hot...figured it was the thermostat. Had it replaced, seemed to fix the problem, but 9 days later it is hot again. Hot enough that you can hear boiling sounds!!! Any suggestions? Thanks!!!!

First. are the cooling fans working when it starts getting hot?If not you need to start there with a test light to see if thefan/fans are getting power when it starts to heat up.Does it get hot in stop-n-go traffic or on the highway or both?
