How do I check for vacume leaks, and how can I repair
it. Or will it need to be taken to a pro. Thanks.

Let the car idle get a can of carb spray and spray all the vacuum line's and around where the intake meet's the head and the intake itself. If the idle goes up or down or stumble's or die's you have a leak there. The fix will depend on where you find the leak.

Thanks

I posted a vacuum diagram for you all the vacuum line's are going to be coming off the intake manifold or the throttle body you will just have to follow them.Vacuum leak's are never a fun thing to find.
