2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser torque pressure on cylindar head

i am just wondering ho many pounds of pressure do i have to put on the cylindar head with the torque?

cylinder head bolts torque in 4 steps. step 1 : 25 Ft. Lbs. step 2 : 50 Ft. Lbs. step 3 : 50 Ft. Lbs. again step 4 : tighten additional 1/4 turn with regular ratchet Make sure to follow sequence below when tightening
