Hello,

I just replaced the timing belt on my 01 Pt cruiser and now I have a fault code on the computer. I had the code read and it is for engine running too rich. Now is this the timing or are there other things I should check before I ripe the whole car apart again to retime it?

Rich condition:

Possible causes include a bad O2 sensor, excessive fuel pressure (bad fuel pressure regulator or plugged return line), leaky fuel injectors, dirty air filter or restricted air inlet, or a defective coolant sensor that prevents the engine management system from going into closed loop mode.
