2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

HI. we have 2001 pt cruiser the power windows do not work and the heater / air fan, rear defrost, horn, and they all stopped working at the same time. no fuses are gone. we did notice a burned wire at the ignition switch we replaced the switch and still nothing???????????Help winter is here and no heat just what flows out by gravity..Thank You ...Todd & Joan

Two things I want you to check. First is the harness between the body and the rear hatch. Pull back the boot that protects the wiring and inspect for broken wires. Second is to make sure ground #206 is good. I'll send you a diagram.
