2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser

I've tried turning the wheel and key at the same try and still no luck it just stoped turning .

Try a different key. If that doesn't work, at a parts store, purchase a lubericant for tumblers. See if that helps. If it doesn't, chances are the tumbler is bad.
