I just put a brand new radiator and my uncle said put coolant in it right away, but another person didn’t want to listen and put water into the coolant. We started driving and steering wheel was vibrating, then heard beeping noise. Acceleration was slowing down and I pulled over. I checked hood, no oil, no coolant. Smoking under hood and saw foam in the oil. Corrosion on the head under the gasket and coolant inside the oil part.
did I blown a head gasket? Or do I need a coolant system flushed? Or do I just add all my liquids (oil, coolant, transmission fluid)? Can I drive it from where I left it to bring it close to my home?

Good morning,

You need to top off all your fluids before you move it. Then run it and see if it is normal.

You may have a bad gasket but needs to be verified.
