2004 Chrysler Pacifica WE ARE FREEZING....HELP!!!

The fan would not shut off until the vehicle was off. Now the blower is not working and neither is the defrost. I can feel heat if I put my hand right in front of the vent, but that's it. Please help me.

Chances are the blower motor relay is bad. I would start with that. It is located in the engine compartment near the battery.
