2004 Chrysler Pacifica clunky noise

car makes loud clunk when suddenly braking or accelerating, also when in reverse and turnirg right. I have wheel vibration when I approach 60-70mph. front wheels make a squraling noise when on smooth asphalt oe smooth concrete.

you need to have your brakes inspected, sounds like they need to be replaced
