How do you remove the center trim panel, the LED display does not work anymore , but I can't figure out how to get it out. It just went out althought it did come back on a couple times when it got really cold out. But now its nothing.

take a flat head screwdriver and gently pry around the outside edges and it should start to pop loose. that trim snaps in place, just be careful when removing.
