2003 Other Chrysler Models oil light

quite often when I turn the engine on, the check oil light comes on. It I turn the engine off and then back on it goes away. It use to happen very seldom but is now happenning quite often.

is the oil level correct ! check the switch is working correctly or replace switch (oil pressure switch)
