2002 Chrysler Ignition Locking Up

My boss has a 2002 Chrysler and the ignition has locked up totally. He cannot even move the steering wheel. What can he do to get it to unlock? Thanks so much for your help!!

It sounds like the tumbler has gone bd. It will need replaced. To do so you need to remove the steering wheel and part of the steering column. If it has an air bag, make sure to give it at least 20 minutes with the battery disconnected to make sure the air bag doesn't deploy.
