i keep hearing a rotating moise when am driving. i drive a 2000 chrysler concorde. i fixed the hub bearing, the outer tie rods. it sounds like some thing rotating but not smooth. what is this sound

Obviously, without actually hearing the noise, I can only guess. If the noise you are hearing is a "growl" that resonates at wheel speed, I would say it's a wheel bearing. Does the noise change pitch when you steer to the left or right? Also, it may just be a tire.
