MY CHRYSLER NEON 2CY PURCHASED IN 2000 THE HEATER IS NOT WORKING, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? IT DID HAPPENED BEFORE AND THE MECHANIC COULD NOT FIX IT BUT THEN IT STARTED TO WORK AGAIN, BU TTHIS TIME IS NOT. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP?

Check and adjust coolant level if needed
check or replace thermostat
flush coolant system and the heater core
check the blend door
