1999 Other Chrysler Models Two Wheel Drive Automatic 49,000 miles

CAN YOU HELP ME DIAGNOSTIC THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE OIL ON 3 OF MY SPARK PLUGS WHERE IT FIRES AT AND SOMETIMES IT HARD TO START AND ASKS SLUGGISH DURING LONG DRIVES.
