changed battery now dash board lights keep flashing, they go off after 35/ to 40 mins while driving, but the rear wiper stays on?

frm changing the battery it sounds as if your ground is either loose or not a good connection. YOu should check wher eit connects to the engine an dif the battery has a cable going to the body it should be cleaned and checked as well.
