1997 Other Chrysler Models Fan only works on high

1997 Other Chrysler Models Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

My 1997 Chrysler Intrepid fan will only work on high. When you turn it on any of the other speeds it does not work at all. Their are no other problems/lights on on the car. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem could be?

Test the blower motor resistor ceramic fuse no continuity its blown just did this the other day with 2006 Dodge Dakota
