Radiator fan will not shut off

sounds like it may be a sensor problem .check and or replace the engine coolant temperature sensor. this sensor tells the computer that the engine is hot or cold, by a sliding voltage scale, your sensor is probably stuck at the high end ,constantly telling the computer that the car is hot, thus keeping the fan on
