Transmission problem
1965 Other Chrysler Models V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the transmission mount called for at all the auto parts stores is not the correct one to match the one in the car, as it looks like the original transmisstion. Has this been discovered before? I'm pretty sure the original trany is the one in my car.

the attached picture is from the parts catalog, but mine has two bolt studs on top, and the holes at the base are wider apart. What to do?

thanks,
Matt

Matt:

What model car is it, and what engine and transmission is in the car?

Hi:

Everything I'm finding for a 65 newport only had one bolt too. It sounds like the trans has been changed or the cross member. Is the trans a 727 torque flight?
