91 new yorker

I have a 91 New Yorker with 120,000 I just had my resister replaced and then my headlights went out. I replaced the switch and the wire connection to it and now the door open bell keeps dinging like a door is open and the automatic locks keep trying to lock the entire time it is running.
How do I fix this?

check which door is open
if none its door switch check them most common driver side
