1997 Chrysler New Yorker gas smell

Smells problem
1997 Chrysler New Yorker Automatic

I can smell gas inside my car when the car is running. Not sure what the problem is but really worried about. Please Help!

Any fuel leak is dangerous. You need to start at the fuel tank and follow the fuel line up to where it ends at the engine. If you smell it in the car, chances are it is under the hood, so check very closely there along the fire wall. Also, sometimes the steel fuel line will rust and get pin holes in it, so check for evidence of leaks.
