I HAVE REPLACED THE THERMASTAT AND THE FAN RELAY SWITCHES THE FANS COME ON BUT THE COOLANT BUILDS UP PRESSURE CHECKED THE THERMASTAT WHEN IT WAS WARM IT WAS OPEN COULD IT BE A WATER PUMP OR IS IT SOMETHING TO DO WITH RADEATOR BEING PLUGED

have you ever had coolant system flushed? nearly 200k miles on it and never flushed, i wouldn't be surprised if both the radiator and the water pump weren't about shot. suggest having system flushed and refilled with new coolant.
