1995 Chrysler New Yorker Where is it?

I am looking for the transmission tank on my 1995 Chrysler New Yorker, I do believe it is leaking fluid, but I dont know where to fill it up at.

Also my blinkers and turn signals are not working, I replaced the fuse, but its still not working, what do I do?

the trans fluid is added through the dipstick tube. THere is no tank. As far as the signals, do the lights turn on at all?
