1995 Chrysler New Yorker Timing

How do you adjust the timing for this vehicle. Replaced the Water Pump and must have knocked the timing off as it will not start.

You probably didn't set the no.1 piston on its compression/TDC and align the timing sprockets when you remove the timing belt.

Check for spark and fuel-you got both you have to open it up again and redo it-
