1995 Chrysler New Yorker engine code 43

i recently replaced the water pump and now the engine runs rough and when i check the code i get a code 43 on the check engine light codes. it runs rougher when i accelerate. could it be a little out of time?

Code 43 is a misfire. Make sure you didn't forget to replace vacuum hoses, electrical plugs, and if you removed the spark plug wires, make sure they are in the correct order.
