at a red light my car jerks while my foot is on the brake. this only happens when my car is warmed up please help me

Could you elaborate a little? Do you feel the jeking in the brake pedal, steering wheel, seat, etc? Does it do it when standing still or as you're coming to a stop? Is it a vibration or a slower pulsing? Any additional details or observations will be helpful.
