I went out to my car today to got to work and when I turned the key all the lights on the dash lit up but the car wouldn't turn over. No Click no nothing It seems I have plenty of Battery and plenty of fuel. The last time it did start it was kind of sluggish turning over. could this be the starter or the fuel pump?

Could be battery connection/ignition switch/park and neutral switch/NSS, starter relay and starter.

but the car wouldn't turn over. Do you mean it cranks over and refuses to start or won't crank at all?
