1994 Chrysler New Yorker PROM CODE ERROR????

I have a 1994 Chrysler New York, I changed the engine and put 1996 3.5l in it now it has a check engine light with a prom error code. Motor runs pretty good but, the A/C and the cooling fans will not come on and it will over heat after a whille. Any ideas? it also has pcm 4605429 which is a updated unit?

The 1994 used OBDI protocall whereas the 1996 uses OBDII, the two are not compatable. You would have to fit the 1994 harness and ECM to the 1996, I am not sure that can be done.
