WHEN TURN ON HEADLIGHTS THE CONSEALED LAMP WILL NOT OPEN BUT WHEN YOU MANUALLY OPEN IT ,IT WILL OPEN.WHEN YOU TURN LIGHTS OFF IT WILL CLOSE.WHY WONT IT OPEN WHEN TURN ON HEADLIGHTS?
