Electrical problem
1991 Chrysler New Yorker 166000 miles

I am having trouble locating the relay block. It is not near the fuse box under the dashboard. Where on the vehicle is the relay block for the flasher located?Please be specific eg; under the dashboard panel(in which case needs to be removed to fix flasher problem) in the trunk or under the hood and where under the hood. I need specifics please

Not too sure if it the same as my 89 but there is a black panel under the passenger side of the dash (glove compartment) held on by 6 or 8 black screws the flashers for the turn signals and the hazards are under there next to the cup holder, hope it helped
