1989 Chrysler New Yorker starter relay

I can use a jumper wire to start my car on the plug that goes to the starter relay. I bypassed it last night to get it started, I installed a new relay and it didnt start is the computer system shot or is the switch gone.

Neutral safety switch on trans maybe problem as well as ignition switch.
