How do you get to the side marker bulbs in a 1989 Chrysler New Yorker?

I believe you can access it from under the fender. Let me know if that helps.

I cannot find a way to get to it from under the fender. There is a chrome trim piece over it that slides somewhat and I am wondering if it needs to be removed, but I don't want to break it by forcing it.

It has been awhile since I did one of these, but I swear I got to it under the fender. The chrome piece you are talking about, it is the trim moulding? If it moves, can you see screws holding the lens cover?

You might be right on the front side marker, we haven't checked that one, however, the one that is out is in the rear. My boyfriend discovered how to get to it last night. It is through the trunk. He just had to move a bunch of stuff out of the way to get to it.

Thanks for responding!
