A friend of mine has a 1988 Chrysler New Yorker. All of a sudden the headlights and Brake lights stopped working. The turn signals and hazard lights work fine and it seems that all other electrical systems are working fine. There is no power coming to the fuse block for the fuses that control these two things.

Check the headlight switch. and under the hood fuse block.
