2000 Chrysler Neon transmission slipping

trying to get home today and transmission was slipping and didn't have enough power to get up a hill, what do i do

Hi there,

This will be the clutch, as there is no adjustment i feel that it is due for replacement, get a mechanic to road test this and confirm the diagnosis.
