99 LHS water pump estimate

99 LHS 164,000 miles. 3.5 Liter v6.
I am looking for a labor hour estimate to replace the water pump (will also replace the timing belt).
I can get parts estimates OK. I just want to know how to figure shop labor based on the average repair time.

Atimming belt and water pump should run about 400-500 installed...USD
