2000 Chrysler LHS Radiator fan assembly

I have a question my fan assembly well the passengerside has burned out again. This is the third assembly in five months. I need to see what could be causing the fans to burn out or am i just buying defective parts. I've smelled a burning smell for awhile and im wondering if i need to replace the ac clutch or the whole compressor or am i having a condenser problem it is only the rightside fan that has burned out on all three.

Are you using Chrysler parts? If not I would start there. Be sure grounds are good. Use a meter to measure resistance to ground from the motor plug, this can cause the motors to overheat and shorten the life
