Steering problem
1999 Chrysler LHS 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 103k miles

I have 1999 Chrysler LHS, everything was fine when I drove home, the next morning, no power steering turning left, turning right is fine. I'm told I need to change the rack and pinion. Is there any type of check valve that can be changed instead of changing the whole thing?

Chances are the bushings are bad in the rack and pinion. This is a common sympton for that problem.
