My car will sometimes just cut off while driving, also sometimes while idiling. Then sometimes it will start right back up and other times I will have to wait for about 30min. There is no signs that its going to cut off, no noises either and one time I noticed my cruise control light came on. Can you tell me what might be the problem?

This is a good one. Has the check engine light ever come on? When the car doesn't restart, have you ever checked to see if it was getting spark and fuel to the engine?

If you are still having this problem it may be the crankshaft position sensor I just had mines fixed for the same problem and its been running fine ever since.

It could be the sensor. That is why I was asking about the check engine light. Let me know when you get a chance.
