All you need is a c-clamp, a ratchet and a socket. (I believe it's 10mm)

Of course you need a jack/jack stands, and a 3/4 socket or lug wrench to remove your wheels.

Don't forget to unscrew the resevoir cap on your master cylinder and remove 1/3 of the brake fluid. Or else it'll spill out when you depress the caliper pistons.

If you've never done a brake job before, but fell comfortable doing it, I recommend you purchase a service manual from Hanes or Chiltons. This'll give you detailed illustrations and tips/hints. And it'll come in handy on your next project.
