How do I turn the tensioning pulley to loosen the accessory belt so I can remove it so I can replace the air conditioning belt? I loosened the locking nut and am supposed to turn the tensioning pulley counter clockwise to take the tension off. I can't turn it by hand.

Hello,

On this LHS in order to take the belt off you will have to loosen the lock nut. Then keep turning the adjusting bolt until the belt is loose enough and then remove it. Both of the belt have same style tensioner.
