Electrical problem
1998 Chrysler LHS Automatic

The car starts but abs light, check engine light come on and stay on, power windows, traction control and heater/ac do not work. Power locks work.

The only things related are ABS and traction control. All the others not related.

Power windows: Check circuit breaker in fuse panel on the left side of dash
A/C: Check fuse and relay inside power distribution module under the hood.
Check engine light: Get it scanned with an OBD-II scanner. Autozone and CSK/O'Reilly will do it for free.
ABS/Traction Control: Need to be scanned by a unit that can read ABS...
