Wipers work on wash and high speed only. Is the problem the switch or the motor. I checked the relays and fuse.

There is a fuse inside and another in the power center fuses in the engine compartment. Both must be ok for the body computer to work properly. The only way to isolate the swith is at the column and the BCM controller. The switches went bad quite often. But check the other fuse, because its circuit is all ground controlled, and the motor uses two seperate resistors to ground. Like a blower switch resistor. Only the park switch is internal to the wiper motor. Its possible the relay(high, low) has a bad contact.
