1996 Chrysler LHS will not spark no cobes has spark and fue

Hey about 1 year ago I did cam seals waterpump and main seal. last night i come home next day i try to satrt, cranks but wont start. pressure is 20 with first turn of key 2nd turn 49 key again 50 49. Has spark, throws no codes, timing belt in tact,anti freeze good to -20. battery connections have power. no engine light. What could it be im puzzled thanks

Sounds like a fuel pump problem if you have to play with the key 3X to build pressure-should be up to specs with 1-turn of the key also check for injection pulses-
