1995 Chrysler LHS my hood was damaged

1995 Chrysler LHS

I ran into the back of someone and now my hood won't pop up.

I need to know how I can take off the hood so I can see what damage was done under the hood.

Hi:
If the hood was damaged, you will need to try to unbolt the latch assembly or reach the release cable.

I'm not there to see what you are dealing, so I hope this hurts.
